What we collect

• Account: your email address and encrypted password.
• Progress: which checklist steps you've ticked (saved to your account and locally in your browser).

• Payments: if you buy lifetime access, we store your email, Stripe customer ID, checkout session ID and payment intent ID so we can confirm access, send a receipt and handle refunds. We never see or store your full card details — those go directly to Stripe.

What we don't collect

No tracking cookies, no ad networks, no selling of data. Ever.

Who we share data with

Our hosting/database provider and Stripe (for payment processing), each acting as processors on our behalf. Stripe's own privacy notice applies to card data they handle directly.

Your rights

Under GDPR you can request a copy of your data, corrections, or deletion at any time. Email hello@spanishpaperworkmadesimple.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
