The Padrón guide is free. Lifetime access to every other guide (NIE, TIE, autónomo, driving licence, healthcare and all future updates) is a one-time payment of €5.49. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not see or store your full card details. Prices include any applicable taxes.
We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund on lifetime access. Email hello@spanishpaperworkmadesimple.com from the address you paid with and we'll refund you in full — access is then removed from your account. After 14 days, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds and successful chargebacks automatically revoke access.
Under EU consumer law, by purchasing and immediately accessing digital content you agree that the statutory 14-day withdrawal right may end once delivery begins; the 14-day refund above is offered voluntarily and is more generous than the statutory minimum.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Lifetime access is tied to the account/email used at checkout and is for your personal use — please don't share credentials. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the past twelve months.
